Dear Gloria,

The Gloria Morch Caterers came to us via the mother of our daughter’s dance friend who works with Gloria. We were having a Bat Mitzvah and were looking around for a coordinator for our affair. My wife and I come from cooking/catering backgrounds and we originally thought we could do it all. Then Gloria and her partner Maria came over and we discussed working together. We agreed that they would handle the entire cocktail hour, serve the salad, set up the buffet and desert tables, man the bar, and clean up.

Since we never had attended a Gloria Morch catered party, we didn’t know what her food tasted like nor did we know what kind of service to expect. But when we arrived home from the Bat Mitzvah services, we knew we had found a winter with Gloria Morch caterer. Our kitchen was coordinated assemble line of cooking/cleaning. The Hors d’Oeuvres were beautifully arranged and good tasting too. The platters set out were overflowing and replished constantly. The service pople never stoped smiling nore could they be more helpful to our guests. Our arrangements of working together worked out beautifully. In addition, our kitchen was actually cleaner when they left.

Our son has already told us he wants Gloria Morch Caterers to do his bar Mitzvah. Thank you once again for being an answer to our prayers in providing the ultimate in catering. During the party we never had to think of the food and were able to enjoy our party totally.

I just wanted to personally thank you for such a wonderful party. Despite the problems which occurred, you came through. The party-goers had no idea that there was even a problem-that is the sign of a true professional. Your staff was great. They were very professional and courteous. I, of course had no doubts. None the less, I wanted you to know how much I appreciate your efforts and the work that went into making our 125th anniversary party a huge success. Thank you again for everything!
