“This magnificent party started with a long cocktail hour, with delicious hors d’oeuvres  served by Gloria Morch Catering of Westhampton Beach. She also went “over the top,” to everyone’s amazement, with a wall-to-wall, wraparound international gourmet buffet later in a huge tent. There were cuisines of many different countries, all around the tent, from Greek to Italian, to Asian, Spanish and American, plus a luscious raw bar, with giant shrimp and fresh clams on the half shell. Guests could walk around the tent sampling food from different counties, or they could simply choose their favorite country cuisine.”
